Dotfloor Affiliate Program Terms
1. Participation requires approval by Dotfloor. Provide accurate application and payment information.
2. The standard offer pays 10% of qualifying net merchandise sales attributed through Refersion within the current 90-day attribution window. Tax and shipping are excluded; discounts reduce the commission base. Individual written offers may specify a different rate.
3. Canceled, unpaid, fraudulent, refunded, or charged-back purchases do not qualify. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally. Adjustments to commissions already paid may be offset against future commissions.
4. Commissions become eligible after 30 days from fulfillment if no unresolved refund or payment dispute exists. Approved eligible commissions are paid monthly by the 15th for the preceding month, with no minimum payout threshold, using a payment method agreed with the affiliate.
5. Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship alongside endorsements and links, including in video content where applicable. Use truthful product descriptions and only make claims supported by Dotfloor product information.
6. No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or impersonation of Dotfloor. Do not bid on Dotfloor brand terms or use unapproved coupon codes without written permission.
7. Use approved brand assets only to promote Dotfloor. Do not alter product colors or specifications in a way that misrepresents the product.
8. Either party may end participation by written notice. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to the rules above; suspected fraud may be reviewed before payment. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated to affiliates.
